Jack Gibb

Jack is a leading agent with 29 years’ experience working in real estate, almost two decades of this with Lochore’s. He brought to Lochore’s honed sales skills and an understanding of the building industry, through his previous work as North Shore Sales Manager for Fletcher Residential, which was formerly known as Neil Homes.

Over the years Jack has built up a considerable database of long-term contacts. Many of his clients are repeat customers who have profited from his exceptional sales skills and wealth of experience. One customer has purchased eight homes over the years from Jack, and another customer has purchased five homes.

Over his career at Lochore’s he has often been one of the top two per cent of its sales people. Jack is highly experienced in property appraisals and can help to maximise your capital return with accurate pricing and advice about how to improve your home’s potential to achieve the best possible sale. Whether you’re looking to sell, subdivide, buy, invest, develop, or design and build, he can help with both residential and commercial real estate projects. No project is too small or large for Jack. He has a particular expertise in working with developers sourcing suitable land with potential and he is very experienced at selling properties from plans.

Jack has an in-depth knowledge of the North Shore, having lived there for many years. He is currently actively involved in his local community through hospice support and tennis management. In the past he has also coached North Shore school soccer teams.
