 Preparing an initial operating budget including an estimate of body corporate levies.
At the time of completion, we can assist with:
 Obtaining quotes for insurance purposes based on a current valuation.
Assist with the obtaining of a warrant of fitness certificate.
Review and finalise any estimated budgets and levies.
Prepare all s36 certificates at the time of settlement.
Establish a register of proprietors and ensure all documentation for the smooth running of the body corporate is in place.
Hold the first annual general meeting. |
